Strategies

My personal philosophy

Before You Begin

No roulette strategy guarantees profit. Every strategy shown on this page was tested using real sessions or simulations.
Some worked well.
Some nearly failed.
The aim is not to chase losses but to manage risk, protect your bankroll and leave the table ahead whenever possible.
My personal target is usually £20 to £50 profit before I stop.

When it comes to playing online Roulette, as few spins as possible.
My advice is little and often.
Depending on my mood at the time, a spin that reaches £18 may well be accepted, quit, and come back for another game later.
Take a look at the games below. They are all wins but I did sweat once or twice.
I hope it will help you choose a plan that suits your personality.

Black & Even

This was one of those games I decided to continue. I would under normally circumstances have quit when I hit around £20, but for some reason I was encouraged to continue.

As it so happens I ended up with £106 profit but I did increase my bet and the final one was £91, outside my normal limit and you would need a bank roll of at least £150 or maybe even £200!

As you can see my continuance almost led me into trouble.
I was lucky, but be warned, the God of Roulette is not always on your side!.

This is why your bankroll is so important

Black Only - Why not?

This is a very simple play. It was less rocky than my game above and a bankroll of £100 would have been ok, but only just!

Even + 2 Columns

This was very up & down and I should have quit when I was up at £14!
But.... I only just got out of it at the end - I do not like a loss.

Two Dozens

This is more in my line.
Not exciting but I was £27 better off with just 3 spins.
If you can do this 4 times a day, well, would you have a smile on your face?

If you would like to try out a simulation of your own then this is a site I use:
www.roulette-simulator.info
They may be others but I have found that this site gives the most useful statistics.
I guess other simulation websites are all much so muchness, but I haven't found another site that produces such good statistics.
This is just an Example:-

This is one of my favourites, but it can go horribly wrong - be warned

This is possibly my favourite stratergy

5 x corners (8 to 1) + top column (2 to 1) + zero (35 to 1)
As you can see below I did 6 spins and the bet was 40. Every spin I won but not enough,
I was loosing money until it landed on zero.
I quit then with 110. I'm happy with that!

This is an interesting stratergy

7 x street (11 to 1) + 3rd. doz (2 to 1) + zero (35 to 1)
I always include zero, it comes up quite often!
As you can see below I did 8 spins and the bet was 50. Every spin was a win.
But if you land in the 3rd doz you win but only 30, so you loose 20!
I quit when I was £50 up. Little and often.

This is interesting too

8 x street (11 to 1) + 3rd. doz (2 to 1) + Six line (5 to 1) + zero (35 to 1)
I include zero, it comes up more often than you think!
As you can see on the left. I did 2 spins, the bet was 80. I quit because I was £50 in profit. Little and often!
